What is included

A quoted price includes the labour and standard materials listed in the job description. It includes travel within Kyiv unless stated otherwise. It does not include special-order parts, permits, or disposal fees unless explicitly listed.

What costs extra

Extra costs may apply for: after-hours or emergency call-outs; additional materials beyond the standard list; removal or disposal of hazardous waste; and any work not described in the original job description.

Verified date stamps

Each price band shows a “last verified” date. This date tells you when we last checked the price against current market rates and internal costs. Prices can change after that date.

Final quote after inspection

We may need to inspect the site or review photos before we can give a final quote. After inspection, we will provide a written quote. That quote is valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. The final price may differ from the initial band.
