These Terms govern your use of our site and booking requests. By using the site, you agree to these Terms. Use the site lawfully. Do not disrupt or attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

2. Booking Requests

You may submit booking requests for services from independent partner workshops. A request is not a confirmed contract. We coordinate with the workshop, which confirms availability, price, and terms directly with you.

3. Coordination Network and Partner Workshops

quirkloop.com operates a coordination network linking users and independent partner workshops. We are not a party to any agreement between you and a workshop. Workshops are independent and solely responsible for their services.

4. Consumer Rights and Dispute Resolution

Under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023, you have the right to clear information, to file complaints, and to seek dispute resolution. Contact us at contact@quirkloop.com. You may also contact the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection.

5. Personal Data

We process personal data under Law of Ukraine No. 3811-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20.06.2024. We use your data to process booking requests and communicate with you. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Advertising and Electronic Commerce

We comply with Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996 and Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015. Our site provides identification and contact details as required.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. The current version is posted here. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
