Warranty Policy

1. Written Repair Warranty

quirkloop.com provides a written repair warranty for services performed at any of our partner service bays. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for the repair performed.

2. What Is Covered

• Repairs performed by quirkloop.com or its authorized partners.
• Defects arising from the repair service within the warranty period.
• Replacement parts installed during the repair, if defective.

3. Exclusions

• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
• Normal wear and tear.
• Issues unrelated to the original repair.

4. Claim Process at Any Partner Bay

To make a claim, visit any partner bay and present your repair receipt. Our team will inspect the issue and determine if it is covered. If covered, we will repair or replace at no cost.

5. Limitations

The warranty period is 90 days from the date of repair. This warranty is non-transferable. It does not limit your statutory rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.

6. Your Rights

Consumers in Ukraine have rights under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine No. 3811-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20.06.2024. For online sales, we comply with the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015. Advertising is governed by the Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR 'On Advertising' dated 03.07.1996.
