Forms collect your name, email, phone, city, vehicle details and message; we also log IP address, device and browser type and cookie identifiers. Essential and analytics cookies are used; cookies collecting personal data are set only with your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
3. Purposes and grounds
We use data to answer requests, arrange bookings, engage a partner workshop, keep records and secure the site, based on consent, contract, legal duty and legitimate interests. We comply with the Law of Ukraine No. 3811-IX 'On Personal Data Protection' dated 20.06.2024; seller details are published under the Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 03.09.2015.
4. Sharing
We share the details you submit with the partner workshop performing the work; they use them only for that service. We also use IT, hosting and accounting providers, and disclose data to authorities where required by law.
5. Retention
Booking and contact records are kept up to 3 years after the last interaction; accounting records as long as Ukrainian law requires.
6. Your rights
Write to contact@quirkloop.com to access, correct, erase, restrict or port your data, to object or to withdraw consent; we reply within 30 days. Data complaints go to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights. Consumer complaints: us first, then the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection, under the Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX 'On Consumer Protection' dated 10.06.2023.
